We seek out the most remote and difficult-to-access parts of the world to find true gems of sports talent and bring them to a wider audience.

2. Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

All participants must execute the following waiver, release of liability, acceptance of policies, and name and likeness release. By participating in any Beyond Sphere LLC event or program, you agree to the following terms:

2.1 Assumption of Risk

I hereby assume all risks of participating in this Sports Camp, including, but not limited to, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of Beyond Sphere LLC, its facilities, coaches, agents, representatives, or volunteers, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or from their possible liability without fault.

2.2 Certification of Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised not to participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this Sports Camp.

2.3 Use of Waiver

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the organizers of the Sports Camp in which I may participate, and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said Sports Camp.

3. Waiver, Release, and Indemnification

3.1 Waiver, Release, and Discharge

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this Sports Camp, I, for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns: (A) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from the negligence or fault of Beyond Sphere LLC, its facilities, coaches, agents, representatives, or volunteers, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this Sports Camp. (B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Beyond Sphere LLC, its facilities, coaches, agents, representatives, or volunteers from all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this Sports Camp, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that this Sports Camp may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and personal loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, and lack of hydration.

5. Media Consent

I consent and agree that Beyond Sphere LLC, their facilities, coaches, agents, representatives, or volunteers may take photographs or digital recordings of me as a participant during this event and use these in any and all media for training or promotional purposes. I further consent that my identity may be revealed therein or by description text or commentary. I waive any rights, claims, or interest and understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

I acknowledge that my payment is nonrefundable under any circumstances. If I am not able to participate in the sports camp and provide 5 days’ notice, I will receive a 12-month credit. If no notice is provided, I forfeit my payment entirely.

7. Governing Law

The accident waiver, release of liability, and image release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beyond Sphere LLC operates.

8. Amendments

Beyond Sphere LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
